This week we were in for a tight race but Penelope Cruz took the lead in this elegantly simple Gianni Versace dress. Other nominees for this week include Sarah Jessica Parker (likely in Halston), Camilla Belle in Marchesa, Sandra Bullock wearing a grey number by Vivienne Westwood, and Kate Winslet in a black and lacy Stella McCartney.
