If you’re wondering what more you could spend money on to make your daily skin care routine that much more decadent, Shiseido is coming to the rescue with Clé de Peau Beauté creme.
And you thought diamond-tip microdermabrasion treatments had done everything to make your face into a place where precious gems come to rub pores. Ha. While gold is going for about 53 bucks a gram these days, this creme will set you back roughly $270 a gram, making each pot o’ potion $13,000. And since there will only be three jars of it made for sale, you’ll have to pounce on it like a fox catching a rabbit on the side of Kawagama Lake Road (yes that did just happen on the drive back from the cottage on Sunday evening).
Although we’re hearing little about what will be the secret ingredient in this creme, it will be in hand-crafted jars designed by French glass maker Crystal Saint-Louis, made up of 30 layers of crystals and three platinum rungs. Shiseido also said that they’re taking names for the three jars, and if more than three people in the world order it, the company will do a draw to determine the lucky winners. How exciting!!!!!!!

This seems like an over-the-top beauty promise, although nowhere did it say what the promise is.
So I’m going to be featuring this amazing AMAZING face stuff that I’ve been using since the early spring- it’s organic, comes from Hungary and is made of natural ingredients like fruit and herbs. Have you heard of Eminence? It’s been my secret obsession all spring- my face looks awesome- and the company sent me samples to try (although I bought some instantly after an Eminence facial). I’m addicted to the eye cream- I know, sounds nuts. Will post shortly! Been meaning to do that……….
