Exhibit: Mario Testino in Boston

The In Your Face photography exhibit at Boston’s Museum of Fine Arts captures the essence of good photography, strong modeling and beautiful people. Kate Moss, London, 2006 courtesy of the exhibit
Super Mario Testino is a photographer you know even if you don’t think you do. His celebrity portraits, editorial spreads and cover shots on Vogue, GQ, V magazine, and Vanity Fair are unforgettable. I’d be very surprised if some of his curated images (below) didn’t ring a bell or two with you.
This weekend is the opening of the first-ever U.S. exhibit of Mario Testino’s photographs at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston. “In Your Face” is a retrospective that covers his 30-year career with 125 images chosen by Testino, ranging from his celebrity subjects like Jennifer Lopez and Gwyneth Paltrow to fashion spreads featuring Gisele Bundchen and Kate Moss (above).
For more information on the exhibit, which runs from October 21, 2012 to February 3, 2013, visit the Museum of Fine Arts Boston website.
Here’s more sneak peeking at what the exhibit has to show:
