The “iconic maroon” TTC uniform is about to get an update to reflect the commission’s “new approach”: it’s for you
The hottest news this Toronto Fashion Week is the announcement that our fair city’s public transit employees will soon be in new uniforms.
The Globe and Mail reports that the “iconic maroon” uniforms will be out, and that the new look is “more likely to be blue, probably” according to the Commission’s chief executive officer.
Any chance they’ll have the suave vibe of Porter Airlines?

Woah! News indeed! I can’t imagine them in anything other than maroon. Blue? Really?
Apparently they’re thinking blue, which isn’t terribly original but I guess it’s okay. Green could be nice, too.
Apparently we’ll see the new outfits on the TTC staff in 2014. Which really isn’t that far away-!
