Last night Fashion in Motion was invited to an exclusive holiday social at LIV by Au Lit in Toronto.

The special event was hosted by Fashion Illustrator and blogger Danielle Meder from Final Fashion and Au Liv Store Manager Joanna Goodman, and brought together fashionista bloggers, editors, stylists, and writers. We were in for a fun evening of surprises and holiday treats!

We arrived and were handed juicy cocktails to sip as we discovered the elegant and seductive offerings at LIV by Au Lit. As a spin-off of the luxurious linens and boudoir accessories destination Au Lit in Toronto, LIV by Au Lit curates clothing and accessories that ooze European luxe while staying well within the recessionista budget. Denim, outerwear, dresses and skirts were all within prices you’d see at the mall- minus the scare of wearing one of several hundreds of the same garment. Her lovely brass collection has a decadent vintage feel that is perfect to spice up a chic day look or add that ‘je ne sais quoi’ touch to any LBD. We swooned at the multi-stranded pearl and brass chain statement necklaces and the perfect floral-kissed bow earrings and matching pendant.
