This year’s Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa welcomed 4-time Grammy nominee Jennifer Hudson to sing the American national anthem and Grammy winner Faith Hill for a performance of “America the Beautiful.”

Decked out in gold accessories to compliment a cropped black jacket, leggings and white top, Hudson looked perfectly suited to the occasion. Hudson’s chunky gold earrings and assorted gold bangles picked up on her jacket’s military-style buttons and jazzed up her casual look.  This spring, stock up on chunky bangles and wear them several at a time for a cuff width.

Faith Hill also channeled the casual vibe with a white cropped jacket with prominent buttons and slim black pants.

Like Hudson, Hill chose large gold accessories: tear-drop earrings and semi-precious stone rings.

No need to comment on men’s fashions on the field: the Lycra parade delivered as expected.

Jennifer looked GREAT in that jacket. Flawless makeup too.

Faith Hill REALLY needs to go back to being a brunette.
