Spring fashion covers

February 9, 2011

Lady Gaga's March 2011 Vogue cover was leaked over one week ahead of its release. Tsk tsk.

Even better than just a pretty face, magazines rake in mega sales from scoring a celebrity on its cover and pointing the reader to an exclusive interview within.

This March 2011, you’ll be reading about Katy Perry wishing she had smaller breasts (well, that was when she was growing up- she’s fine with them now), Naomi Campbell’s blood diamond tangle, Beyonce’s control issues (qu’elle surprise) and oh- so much more!! (pictured below)

The juiciest story of the month is Lady Gaga’s Vogue cover, kept under tight wraps until it was leaked last week, showing the icy-pink blonde dressed (!) in Haider Ackermann (famed fashion designer nominated by Karl Lagerfeld as his successor at Chanel– if he ever gives up the throne there). Lady Gaga’s cover launch is probably timed with her new single’s release this Friday- Born This Way.

So while the song’s not out yet, the cover image for the album is. Skin horns and whatnot à la Avatar? Only Gaga.

See for yourself:
